The task assigned to ARB was significant. ARB needed to identify cities throughout the Gulf Coast region that had conference venues which could support training meetings. ARB developed marketing collateral for each of these 44 meetings. In addition, ARB created and sustained the outreach program generating attendee participation. ARB was responsible for every aspect of each event, including branding, room standards and set up, audio/visual, staffing, food and beverage.

As a direct result of this marketing initiative, APA has expanded the ARB portfolio of deliverables on their behalf. In addition, ARB has supported APA in new locations, including the 2013 Carbon Challenge Design Competition and half day seminars in Providence, RI and Baltimore, MD.
